​It started out, over 60 years ago, as a celebration of the area’s agriculture and mining heritage, and Independence Day!  The annual Pick’n’Hoe celebration takes place July 1-4 in Dove Creek!  Enjoy family fun with games for all ages, live music performances, fireworks, a parade, delicious food (slow-cooked pit barbecue beef…Colorado style!) and more!  We are proud to sponsor the 2016 ​Pick’n’Hoe celebration​!  We’ll see you there!
